Relyon is a graphical user interface that performs different types of chemometric calculations, such as Combinatorial Order Pre-processing Search (COPS), Ordered Predictors Selection (OPS), and Partial Least Squares (PLS).
This app optimizes data pre-processing using COPS, performs variable selection using OPS, and then builds a multivariate regression model using PLS. The built model can make predictions from data whose properties are to be known.
Relyon can currently be run on Windows.
