Relyon: a graphical user interface for multivariate regression
Relyon performs various chemometric calculations, such as Combinatorial Order Preprocessing Search (COPS), Ordered Predictor Selection (OPS), and Partial Least Squares (PLS).
This app optimizes data pre-processing using COPS, performs variable selection using OPS, and then builds a multivariate regression model using PLS. The built model can make predictions from data whose properties are to be known.
Relyon can currently be run on Windows.

Ordered Predictors Selection (OPS)
OPS package offers versatile algorithms (autoOPS, feedOPS, iOPS) for efficient variable selection in multivariate regression. It enhances model predictability, interpretability, and reproducibility across diverse datasets. OPS is easy to use and simplifies variable selection, making it a powerful tool for chemometric applications. Available for MATLAB, it’s ideal for improving regression models and searching for important variables in large data sets. OPS is also available in Relyon software.
